Locations: (Hybrid) Cary, NC OR NYC OR Tampa, FL
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cross line of business initiatives with Salesforce, including security & controls, vendor relationships, and drive Salesforce knowledge, education, and training across the organization.
- Oversee the Salesforce Team which maintains products aimed across B2B, B2C, and Sales & Service
- Manage business process and systems, able to rethink implementation, leverage systems, and provide high visibility to senior stakeholders
- Involved in areas of Strategy and Implementation, Business Metrics and Analysis, Business Process Automation, Customer Segmentation, Sales and Marketing Automation, Customer Service and Support Operations, Lead Generation, Sales Forecasting and Optimization, Data Migration, Portal Development, and Content Management.
Requirements:
- 10 - 15 + Years of Experience in Salesforce Strategy at an enterprise level
- Working industry in Big Tech, Finance, Insurance or similar
- Management experience running teams and being held accountable to overseeing various Project Budgets, establishing Road Maps, KPIs, etc.
- Advanced Salesforce.com expertise with various Certifications not required but strongly desired
